Family Therapy
Family therapy consists of two or more people within the same family unit. The goal of family-work is to understand the underlying family dynamics; identify and resolve conflicts; enhance an already strong bond, and learn skills that can be used outside of the session to create more harmonious relationships. Each session is tailored to the unique needs of the family, with the aim of fostering greater understanding, empathy, and cooperation.
